Sign a Contract
For setup, all we need is a document with everyone's information -through the cloud-and AltaClaro will take it from there. After you've signed a contract, your next steps are to:
- Pick the set of classes
- Identify the participating associates
- Confirm the pace of classes
- Confirm the schedule (i.e., kick-off orientation and live session dates)
Sit Back for the AltaClaro Magic
Once you've completed the previous steps, AltaClaro only needs two weeks' lead time (before orientation) to set everyone up. Training runs on a cloud system (so there's no downloading), and then we'll send out calendar invites to all participants, along with a welcome email and pre-launch information.
We'll run through an orientation session that provides associates with a roadmap of the program and orients them with the technology and learning approach.
Meet Your Learning Success Manager
Once we are kicked off, we designate a dedicated learning success manager to the firm to make sure everyone is set up properly and is on track with the schedule.
Your learning success manager will set up a 10-minute call with each associate at the outset to ascertain their goals with the program as well as their background with the subjects offered in the program.
Routinely Monitor Progress
Your learning success manager will keep in touch with the associates throughout the program and routinely monitor for their success.
AltaClaro will send your associates reminders and engagement emails to keep everyone on track with the program, including when their assignments are due. Associates have access to their instructors to ask questions in between sessions -if they have a question, we'll get them an answer.
Review Real-Time Data Analytics
Your firm will have access to real-time data analytics throughout the entire program. Check on your associates' engagement, performance, and work product at any time.
Receive Midterm & Post-Term Reports
